Desert Basin Club is the only Toastmasters Club in Alamogordo, New Mexico.  We have two meeting locations  - The Community Center on Holloman AFB and Alamogordo Physical Therapy Center downtown (at the junction of 10th Street & Washington Avenue).  We meet every first and third Tuesday at the downtown location (5:45 pm) and every second and fourth Tuesday of the month on base (12:00 noon).  You can check our meeting schedules under "Club Calendar".

 

Each meeting gives everyone an opportunity to practice conducting meetings, giving impromptu speeches, presenting prepared speeches, and offering constructive evaluation. 

 

Guests are always welcome; we'd love to have you visit.  Join us for an hour and find out for yourself what our club can do for you.  You can even participate in our table topic speeches (impromptu speeches) and experience what a toastmaster is like!
